Kalgudi Banking Engagement Platform (KBEP) is an Enterprise Engagement Platform designed specifically for Financial Institutions (FIs) and is built in a modular fashion. The modules of Kalgudi Banking Engagement Software include:

Network: This module focuses on creating a network of farmers who are customers of the FI or potential customers. It emphasizes creating rich, dynamic profiles of farmers, including details such as farmer profile, farm profile (including livestock), and farm activity profile. The network is aggregated at appropriate levels with admin controls, providing rich data for agri banking engagement.
Agri Engagement: Kalgudi offers tools for engaging content, advisory services, and program management, such as carbon credits and sustainability, all monitored via an efficient dashboard. This approach effectively connects and benefits the farming community.

Credit Marketplace: KBEP showcases all relevant services from the FI, including savings accounts, Jan Dhan accounts, loan products, insurance, and more. It acts as a marketplace for all products/services provided by the FI, listed for easy discoverability and transparency. Agri Banking Engagement: This module encompasses various aspects of Agri Banking, including customer onboarding, loan origination, document submission, sanction, documentation, loan disbursement, loan monitoring, and support. It brings in digital efficiencies with MIS and Analytics, elevating banking engagement through a seamless workflow for customer onboarding, API integrations for banking accounts, innovative loyalty programs, and enhanced customer support, ensuring a more effective and enriching banking experience.
